Critical systems were running on faith. So we built Tweezr.
Banks and insurers have lost the knowledge of what their core systems actually do. Tweezr gives it back - so teams can evolve them without fear.
Tweezr was built by operators from opposite sides of the same problem: running core banking inside a Tier-1 bank, and building AI systems in deep tech. We kept seeing the same failure - brilliant teams frozen because no one fully understands the legacy estate, while AI copilots confidently hallucinate logic that breaks production.
How we formed
The people who built these systems are retiring, and the documentation can't be trusted. So we assembled a hybrid team that has shipped inside Tier-1 banks, mainframe shops, and AI-native products. That combination is rare on purpose.
Why we built it
You can't safely evolve a system you don't understand. So we recover it first - a complete, cited model of the code, every dependency, every rule - then let AI act on a foundation it can trust. That's why Tweezr isn't another copilot. It's the System-Intelligence layer underneath that makes copilots, migrations, and audits safe.
What we're building
A platform that turns the black box into a blueprint your team can trust: understand the system, control every change, evolve it with evidence that holds up when regulators ask. Built for the CIOs, Heads of Core, and Chief Architects who have to modernize without breaking what already works.
Our Founders
Two co-founders who lived this problem from both ends - pairing frontline banking leadership with deep-tech AI engineering, the rare mix it demands.

Career forged at the intersection of high-level strategy and deep banking operations. Understands the unique pressure CIOs face to innovate while maintaining 99.99% uptime.
